The production of concentrates implies the crushing and later milling of the ore down to a particle size allows releasing copper by flotation. The concentrates from different regions have approximately between 24% up to 36% of copper.

It is estimated that Nigeria has over 10,000,000 tons of Copper ore deposit.

Project Description
In order to have social harmony, 500 – 1000 people will be an optimum number of a neighborhood community.

Each Community will be a unique plan comprehensive medium income-housing scheme comprising 60 —300
mixture of 1 - 4 bedroom units which will be complemented with other different detached and semi-detached house types, to be built on approximately 10 - 75 hectares of land.

 

The Locations – Any State, Nigeria

Site Lay-Out
These projects are proposed to be sited at multiple locations and its development are to commence in phases from one Community to the other. The population growth will be able to accommodate largely self-sufficient communities, limited in size and population density but big enough to sustain a variety of industries and to satisfy the everyday wants of the population.

 

The proposed Cities will be designed with a network of cul-de-sac roads that give residents maximum privacy and security with a view of creating the ideal environment for living and recreation. These Cities will also be designed to provide a serene environment devoid of the stress, which characterizes life in the larger parts of most metropolises. The design of all the various site layouts will be taken into consideration and properly harmonized design factors such as building scale, cross ventilation, safety, security, privacy, car parks and pedestrian / vehicular flow. Adequate provisions for visitors parking, ample garden space for an individual plot where necessary will be provided.

 

Apart from a beautifully designed  expansive communal  recreational park, the end of each cul-de-sac in will be designed to accommodate children playground. The designs will make provision for:

  • Segregated commercial and market areas, which it is expected would be purchased by private companies and individuals for commercial development as shopping complexes
  • School
  • Off-grid electricity, solar powered and very stable. 5-10 liters of drinking water will be provided by solar purified water system per individual household
  • Clinic ...etc.

Section 71(6) of EPSRA – The Electric Power Sector Reform Act (EPSRA) does not make it mandatory for any Nigerian to receive power only from the Distribution Companies (DISCOS) or to use only public power.
