He is presently based in Chicago and New York, USA. He has experience in Africa, Europe and Latin America. He has been responsible for joint ventures and raising funds worldwide. He has carried out privatization of companies, negotiated bilateral and multi-lateral national agreements, introduced products in international markets and worked with multi culture environment.
As Executive Vice President, role is to perform business operations and maintain client relationships. Koule is involved with direct decision making and overall business development. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, Clarion, PA; Master degree in Nuclear Physics from the University of Albany, (SUNY). He has several years in research and development with Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, N.Y. on mechanisms for delivering demand-driven community energy infrastructure, and small enterprise development projects in South America( San Luis Potosi, Mexico, and Loreto, Peru), Asia (Weligama, Sri Lanka, Tasmania, Australia and Kerala, India), and East Europe( Poland, Hungary and Turkey.) He returned to United States in 1989. He started and owned several businesses from Art Gallery, Medical Transportation, IT and later became an Illinois Commerce Commission Licensed Telecom Provider.
